entrust with all the procedure according to the Art. 310 and 786 of the

Some Provisions in the WOCIT Statute
Concerning a Neutral Actor
Article 297 (publication of Actor's real name) 1 An Actor may of one's own will and at any
time announce one's real name.
2 When an Anonymous Actor proposes to preserve one's anonym after a
judgement or an advisory opinion has had a force of res judicata, the Courtshall approve of the maintenance of the anonym provided that in
50 years after the effectuation of res judicata, it
shall be made public.
Article 310 (each Co-actor's Agent) Each Co-actor may set up one's proper Agent in one's relations with the Group of Actors. This Agent may fulfill all the proceedings and duties for the Co-actor, and the Co-actor may be freed from all the proceedings and duties.
Article 786 (Discharge of
court costs) Principally the next costs shall be discharge:
a) Legal consultations of an individual; and
b) Costs for neutral action, provided that a Neutral Actor make
contributions to the WOCIC for the purpose of the early judgment.
