RULES CONCERNING CLAIM, OBSTRUCTION AND EXPULSION 

Article 1 (claim to change measures)A person (including in it an organization) who is not satisfied with actors, the IC or other persons interested in the WOCIT and claims or demands to change their opinions or measures by his own or others' will shall, first of all, present a fax or an email to the Interim Court when the PC or the IC requests him to do so.

Article 2 (anonymousness) Claim or demand mentioned in the preceding Article shall be presented to the Court under real name. It may be made public, by virtue of the IC Presidentfs authority, anonymously or under real name, slanderous expressions shall be deleted.

Article 3 (a part of proceedings) When claim or demand mentioned in Article 27 concerns preparation, presentation or trial of a particular action, it may be shown in the WOCIC HP as a part of proceedings. 

Article 4 (demand against rules)  The steps to be taken against a person who does not observe the foregoing Articles 27, 28 and 29 shall be decided by the PC, hearing also the opinions of the IC or/and the WOCIT members if the PC thinks them necessary.

Article 5 (indirect duress) When a person demanding something from someone interested in the WOCIT acts against its rules and uses another person as an intimidator who can endanger life of a person interested in the WOCIT or the existence of the WOCIT itself, the PC shall decide immediately what step to take, including notification of the facts to police.

Article 6 (direct duress)When a person demanding something from someone interested in the WOCIT acts against its rules and threatens to endanger life of a person interested in the WOCIT, of its members or the existence of the WOCIT itself, the PC or IC President may notify immediately the facts to police and request it, other state and local organs to take suitable measures.

Article 7 (loss of onefs rights in the WOCIT)Any person whose act is in conflict with the provisions of present Chapter may lose onefs rights and position in the WOCIT for a period or for ever.
