THE STATUTE OF THE WORLD CITIZENS' TRIBUNAL
Although many drafts have been made up by Rikio Kaneko, Chairperson of
the Preparatory Committee for the WOCIT and adopted by the Committee, any
English native speaker has not yet checked his translation. In future readers
will see more exact translation as native speakers and English jurists
correct the present tentative translation.
We welcome readers’opinion, among others, on the number of Citizen Judges, anonymous system and relations
between the WOCIT on the one hand and the States on the other.
The WOCIT Statute has so many Articles that in this page we subdivided
the content into each Chapter in which old provisions may happen to remain
uncorrected.
